Does it happen to you that sometimes after lunch or dinner you start craving something sweet? Even worst you are at the office and your colleagues bring cookies, and donuts to share with everybody.  Hmmm too much temptation right?

These energy balls are perfect for whenever you have sweet cravings or even for dessert.  They are super easy to make and the best part is that you can make enough for the week. You can pack these balls wherever you go and eat them if you have a sweet tooth.

These energy balls are perfect for whenever you have sweet cravings or even for dessert. They are super easy to make and the best part is that you can make enough for the week. You can pack these balls wherever you go and eat them if you have a sweet tooth. Just be careful because they are still calorific and you don’t want to eat them all at once. I normally eat one or two balls a day; they are very filling and not to mention they do taste like chocolate cookies!

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

  2. Using your hands, form about 1 inch balls; I normally make about 15 balls.  Store them in the refrigerator
