  • As another strawberry season comes to the end, this sweet treat will leave you slicing until next season. Sweets are truly something I absolutely love especially after a nice meal or even for a snack. This strawberry bread is absolutely delicious and it pairs perfect with ice cream or just have it simple with coffee or milk. Coming from a Colombian background, my family is a big fan of having nice cup of black coffee with something sweet and fresh.   • Spiced Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients: 

Salmon 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Smoked Paprika
Garlic Powder
Salt
Gound Black Pepper
Coconut Sugar
Cayenne Pepper
Maple Syrup

Method: 

Brush the salmon with extra virgin olive oil.

In a small bowl add the garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and coconut sugar; stir everything until seasoning is well combined.

Rub seasoning into salmon using your hands.

Brush maple syrup onto salmon filet.

Place in the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

Enjoy!
