
Asian Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients

Instructions

Grab a large frying pan and add the avocado oil.

Add the ground meat of your choice (Beef, Turkey, Chicken) and season with salt and pepper.

Fry the ground meat in the frying pan for 6–8 minutes, until crispy and brown.

Then drain the crisped meat of the oil and fat, as this will help it stay crispy and set aside.

Using the same pan, wipe down the pan and add a the tablespoon of toasted sesame oil.

Add the garlic, ginger, red chili and coconut sugar and fry on medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.

Now add the drained meat into the frying pan and mix well.

Lastly, add the fish sauce, lime juice, and green onions; stir until well-combined for 30 seconds.

Then turn off the heat and set aside.
Dressing

Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
To Serve

Grab the lettuce leaves, add some shredded cabbage to the bottom and spoon some of the meat mixture into it and drizzle with a some of the dressing and enjoy!
