Baked Pecan Crusted Chicken
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Set up three medium bowls;
First bowl flour, salt, ground pepper, paprika.
Second bowl whisk eggs.
Third bowl panko bread crumbs and pecans.
Take each chicken cutlet and place into first bowl and coat evenly with the flour and seasoning.
Then place the chicken cutlets into the second bowl of the whisk eggs.
Lastly place the chicken cutlets into third bowl with the panko bread crumbs and pecans.
Tips: Keep turning cutlets and push the mixture to until full firm coat.
Place each chicken cutlet onto the parchment paper and place into the oven for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes flip with a fork and bake for additional ten minutes.
Take out of the oven and top with the fresh cut parsley.
