It’s been really hot lately here in South Carolina and honestly Açaí bowls have been my go to for a cool refreshing and of course delicious breakfast. The texture and flavor profile is so good that I cannot get tired of it. I normally will switch this up and add different frozen fruits.
I also enjoy changing up the toppings; I am a big fan of Elizabeth Granola so I have been using it for most of my bowls; there are so many varieties that I just can’t get enough. My favorite granola flavor is the peanut butter chocolate; is just perfect!

Blend all the ingredients until well combined.

Pour mixture in a bowl and top with granola, chia seeds and bananas.
Fun Fact!
Chia Seeds can be used as an egg substitute; CHIA EGG!
