Everything Bagel

Who loves bagels? You have to try this three ingredient bagels and will be ready to serve in just 20 minutes. You can make these plain or add your favorite seasoning, whether it is poppy, onion, everything bagel, etc. You will be shocked and delightful when these come out of the oven.   • 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  1. Combine all purpose flour, baking powder, and yogurt in a large bowl.

  2. With a wooden spoon, rubber spatula or hand mixer mix until well combined. We love using our hand held mixer as takes the sweat of mixing.

  3. The dough should be sticky.

    TIP: If dough too dry add one tablespoons of water/If dough is too wet add one tablespoons flour.

  4. Pre-heat the oven to 350 °F.

  5. Spray your baking tray or bagel tray with avocado oil and mold the form of a bagel.

  6. Now you can sprinkle your favorite seasoning to add flavor. We really enjoy everything bagel seasoning and it made these delicious!

  7. Place the baking tray into the pre-heated oven and set a timer for 20 minutes; until golden brown. 

  8. Place aside or on a cooling rack for about 5 minutes before cutting.
