Is anyone else in the looking forward for the holidays? I’m totally ready and we wanted to share this delicious and juicy pork tenderloin that is perfect for any occasion but one that we enjoy doing during the holidays and during family gatherings. The flavor profile is incredible, I’m telling you using an air frier will make your tenderloin so juicy and tender and in half the time versus the oven!

Pork Tenderloin with Honey Balsamic Sauce
Ingredients
Tenderloin and Dry Herb Rub
Honey Balsamic Sauce
Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees °F for 5 minutes.

Using a mortar or small bowl mix all the dry herbs rub until well combined.

Then rub that mixture into the tenderloin.

Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil and place the tenderloin in it.

Set the time for 20 - 22 minutes.

Meanwhile in a small sauce pan place honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, stone mustard, water, garlic paste and fresh rosemary; mix until well combined.

Bring sauce to a boil. Then cover and lower heat to bring sauce to a simmer for 7-10 minutes. Stir the sauce occasionally and let it thicken.

Once the tenderloin is done; thickest part should have an internal temperature of 145° F – 160° F.

Let the tenderloin rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing.

Pour the sauce over and garnish with rosemary.
