Strawberry Feta Dip

As your the next party or Super Bowl approaches, I couldn’t resist to share with you this delicious strawberry feta dip. Not only is super easy to make but it is perfect for your guests to enjoy and asking for the recipe. The tangy and sweetness in this dip will make your mouth water.

  1. Grab a food processor. Break up the block of feta cheese and add it with the greek yogurt, olive oil, water and ground black pepper.

  2. Blend it for a few minutes until smooth; scraping down with a spatula as needed.

  3. Then chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes until time to serve. 

  4. Next preheat the oven to 350 F.

  5. Place the quarter strawberries into a bowl and coat them evenly with the balsamic vinegar and honey. 

  6. Once coated evenly, take a baking pan/tray/sheet and lined it with parchment paper. Then spread the quartered strawberries.

  7. Allow them to roast for about 30-35 minutes in the oven.

  8. Once done, remove and allow the strawberries to cool. 

  9. Finally, grab the whipped feta dip from the refrigerator and add  the roasted strawberries and top with fresh chopped basil.

  10. Serve with toasted bread, crackers or vegetables.
