Stuffed bell peppers are an easy go to recipe that can be accompanied with just about anything you desire! This is my go to on a busy week meal and honestly is so delicious and I can make it in 30 minutes or less. Combine the coconut aminos, peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, black pepper and salt in a bowl.
In a large skillet, heated on medium high heat add the lean ground beef.
Add the beef mixture to the bell pepper.
Choose your toppings; Cheese, Mango, Avocado, or all the above.
Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and into the preheated oven for 3 minutes and enjoy!
