Turkey meatballs are one dish your family will love, I am here to share content that is not only healthy but also delicious, simple and easy to customize. After all, it’s all about balance; I for sure love this dish because it is perfect for meal preps and it can be used with different side dishes; mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, etc…These are really easy to store and freeze in case you want to have it at a later time.
Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
In a sauté pan heat coconut oil to medium heat. Add onion, spinach, zucchini, and garlic and sauté until onions are translucent and all vegetables are soft.
Take vegetables off of heat and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, seasonings, salt and pepper, feta cheese, breadcrumbs and sauté vegetables.
Roll into 2 inch balls and place onto a baking dish with parchment paper. Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until cooked throughout.
