Turkey Spinach and Feta Burger

Turkey Burger Patties

Dijon Sauce


  1. In a sauté pan heat coconut oil to medium heat. Sauté the onions until they are translucent. Then add the spinach and sauté until soft.

  2. Take vegetables off of heat and let it cool.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, seasonings, salt and pepper, feta cheese, and sauté vegetables.

  4. Form in to 6 to 10 patties (depending on how big you want them)

  5. In a skillet on medium heat, grill the patties for 5-7 minutes per side; until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Dijon Sauce

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and spread over your burger buns.
