Ultimate Green Juice

If you have been trying to incorporate green juices into your life but feel that they do not taste good I will promise you that you will love this one.  I get it, I am not a fan of all green juices and although many have some great benefits I still wouldn’t drink something I do not enjoy. This is one my ultimate favorite green juices; I love starting my mornings with this green juice before going to the gym; it taste so good and is so refreshing. You can make this as a breakfast and instead of adding half of the banana simply add a full banana if you want to be fuller for a little longer.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Start by blending the coconut water and the spinach.

  2. Add the banana, apple, ginger root, lemon juice and blend until well combined.

     

Fun Fact!

Ginger, in it many forms, has long been used by healers to calm the digestive tract. The juice from the roots also contains fragrant volatile oils that give ginger its distinctive tang.
